Jac Goorden
Jac Goorden is an executive coach in innovative digital new businesses. He is both a strategic advisor and an active practitioner (where needed) in new ventures. Jac’s specific focus in expertise is to bring the strategy to life with quantified development and analysis of value proposition, business modeling, pricing, and financial planning. He acts as an executive consultant for corporate ventures and is a mentor for startups and scaleups. Jac combines a Dutch no-nonsense style with international experience, mainly focused on Spain, with links across the EU and US.
​Jac is co-founder, acting COO, and board member of the Bicore decision support software company. As Bicore's CTO from 2008 to 2020, he created the FLIGHTMAP and REALMAP portfolio management solutions for innovation and real estate portfolios. Over his career, he worked with corporates including IBM, Philips, Unilever, EY, and Deloitte, mainly on venturing and open innovation, as well as startups and scaleups in digital transformation of health and sustainability.
